Ventory raises €2.65 million in seed round led by KBC Securities
Start-up saw its ARR grow by +600% in 2025

Brussels (Belgium), May 12, 2026 — Ventory has raised €2.65 million in a funding round led by KBC Securities, with existing investors Finindus, Matterwave and delaware also participating. With its platform, Ventory, a Start it @KBC alumnus, acts as the missing layer between ERPs and the field.
For Ventory, the investment follows a year of breakout growth: ARR x6, 10 new enterprise accounts signed in 2025, +500 customer locations now managed on the platform, and over 80,000 SKUs tracked daily. Today, Ventory is embedded in the operations of the world's leading medical robotics manufacturer, a national railway operator, healthcare providers, medical distributors, energy producers and asset managers across 7 countries — organisations whose uptime, assets and field service revenue depend on having inventory in the right place at the right time.
Bye bye spreadsheets
“From vans and trunk stock to consignment, field service depots and customer sites, Ventory replaces the Excel spreadsheets, Google Sheets, paper tickets and disconnected tools that have historically governed billions of euros of field inventory. The platform integrates natively with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage, and is newly ISO/IEC 27001 certified. The pace of enterprise adoption is itself proof of scalability — Ventory now delivers measurable value to some of the most operationally complex organisations in the world”, says Vishal Punamiya, founder and CEO of Ventory.
"For decades, enterprises have invested millions into ERP systems and accepted that visibility ends the moment inventory leaves the warehouse. Ventory closes that gap," said Vishal Punamiya, CEO and Founder of Ventory. "Landing some of the most demanding enterprises in the world tells us we're defining a category — and KBC Securities, alongside Finindus, Matterwave and Delaware, gives us the firepower to go after it."

An overlooked gap in the market
The raised capital will fund three priorities: deepening Ventory's native AI product roadmap and ERP integrations, geographic expansion into Western Europe, and scaling its enterprise go-to-market team.
"Ventory has identified an overlooked gap in enterprise software, and their expertise and traction is proving their ability to capture this new and quickly growing category," states Olivier Rits, KBC Securities. "We're proud to lead this round and back the Ventory team, together with the existing investors, on the next phase of their journey."
100 million
At the end of last year, KBC Group announced it would invest 100 million euros to strengthen the Belgian start-up landscape: 50 million in early-stage funding for the top-tier start-ups in the Start it @KBC programme via the Start it Fund, and a further 50 million in follow-on funding for the very best of them via KBC Securities.
“Top-tier start-ups from our programme can count on early-stage capital and an extra year of support via the Start it Fund to accelerate their growth; for the absolute top performers, such as Ventory, there is also the possibility of receiving additional funding via KBC Securities. Together, we thus offer a unique journey: from the initial ideas to a potential IPO,” says Geert Cleuren, CEO of KBC Securities.
